Current Status(Away/active): Active
Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): In most situations, I feel like I am able to respond promptly to people disrupting the server intentionally. I do feel like I am a bit slow in responding to reports as I try and let +members handle them, but I feel that is best in most situations. As far as my duties as a staff member, I feel like I carry them out as I should and, if this isn't the case, I would like to hear how I can do better.
Any additional testimony(if needed): I know I've had issues where I could have responded better, but I feels as if I do genuinely respond and the best that I am able in most situations. If there is anything specific you see issues with in what I have said up to this point, or issues with my capacity as a staff member in general, please let me know, and certainly let me know how I can improve
