Regen Grenades don't proc properly about half the time - Terran - 06-07-2020
A good amount of the time I can't get them to work, not in sticky or normal situations. If I'm standing beside someone and try to heal us both, 100% of the time it procs for him and not me (Even if I'm not moving at all, even during activation)
I throw them and nothing happens even if its just me, I'm not sure why.

This is also a problem for me, except it doesn't proc at all for either parties
