Owner of a shoutbox message should be able to remove his message.
Also, maybe staff being able to moderate the shoutbox?

I can remove shoutbox messages and I'd imagine Brass and Grass can too. IDK if anyone else can though.

A little fun fact some of you may consider before posting stupid stuff:
When you delete a thread, us higher ups can still see it. Normal user deletion is called a 'soft delete' which just makes it not show up for anyone but super moderators.
It's been pretty funny seeing some of the threads you guys have posted then removed(works same way with posts).
