BUG: Thrown knives don't always OHKO - Terran - 01-15-2020
I've hit people with thrown knives and while it says something like "Terran [traitor] has damaged hockeyfn [innocent] for 100 HP with a knife.", they don't die and the knife just bounces off.
If needed I can provide video evidence.

Thrown knives have to hit a certain range before its a guaranteed 1-shot kill, idk how far you guys have been throwing them and if it's anywhere fairly close like lil yeet's then of course its not gonna one shot lol

I'm like 90% sure it's always because of vitality crystal.
