Snowball Extinct -Buff Redacted- - Ghostly - 12-28-2019
Buff - Actually snowballs are pretty good, maybe switch out a bit of body dmg for slow etc.
Extinct- The snowball on hit vfx where it has a small snowcloud around the player, turn that into an ability that acts like a snowglobe slowing that target and anyone reasonably close and stealing their speed doing a small bit of extra damage. In addition to buffing the accuracy on it.

The only reason i feel an extinct is needed is due to the snowball being insanely simply so a little bit of fun to add to it would be cool.
