Winter Themed Railgun - Ghostly - 11-10-2019
Frozen Railgun- Shoots Light Blue Laser instead of red, if it hits you you are slowed. And the AoE is replaced with ice beam which slows a area in aoe and freezes the target hit.
Could be monthly, godlike from case, or whatever I just thought a variation to railgun would be super cool (expecially since railgun wasnt in misery 2 so no spooky railgun
)
