Ultimate Reconstructing Catastrophic Tier - Unreal Oz - 10-12-2019
Noticed that I couldn't use an ult recon rune on my Catastrophic gun. Don't know if it's because it is e hanceable or not but I'd like to be able to reinvigorate it and then ult recon it so I can keep my levels.
