What Happened?
I recently won a 50/50 against Sardine. My wager was my finality and Sardine’s wager was a snowglobe, last prayer, and a fools world. After winning the 50/50, I received everything from Sardine, except for the fools world. Before conducting the 50/50, he failed to mention that the item was not his (the Fool’s World was Mystery’s). After threatening to go to the forums due to scamming, I was paid the fool’s world from Sardine.
About a week later Mystery messages me on discord saying “You wanna temp use my beam sword, in order for me to have the fools?...” After a couple of days went by, I asked Mystery if he wanted to trade back for the beam/fools world temp. He is now saying that the Fool’s World is technically his, because he didn’t originally agree to Sardine’s 50/50 (Which is an issue between him and Sardine.)
“I didn’t actually agree to the 50 50
So according to the rules, the fools is still mine
Because sardine would’ve gotten banned
Because I did not agree to the 50 50
And sadly in that case the fools is still technically mine”
I’m not sure how Mystery can try and say that I robbed him for a Fool’s World when he literally wrote to me “I gave him(Sardine) the fool’s to give to you”
He is also now telling me that the beam sword was temp’d to him from someone else and I will have to return it or else brass will do it. (I found out that this is a lie and an attempt to blackmail me into paying for something that I do not owe) I am tired of dealing with this ongoing effort to try and scam me for rightfully winning 50/50’s. I have no problem keeping the beam sword, or receiving my Fool’s World back, but I will not be scammed out of 750k+.
I honestly want this to be over with, but Mystery has also blocked me in game and on discord.

He is the one editing all of his words in discord messages. The only thing I agreed to is the temp trade with fools world and beam sword. I never framed anything but keep lying. And I never got burnsy to message you lol. He never said ''TO HAVE THE FOOLS'' he also edited that. He deleted a bunch of messages and edited a bunch of things also I wouldn't go out of my way to edit anything.

this whole issue is really, really embarrassing to even have happened in the first place, as well as to continue happening.
I hope whoever continues to ignite these situations and/or whoever is misrepresenting what happened gets a tough punishment.

If Mystery has an issue with how he lost the fool's world he should take it up with the person that offered the item to Red in the first place, Sardine. This is probably the most scummy attempt at a scam that I have ever seen on any video game. Mystery asks red to TEMP the fool's world for his beam sword. After a couple of days Red asks if he wants to trade back the temp and Mystery proceeds to just act like the Fool's world is his because he thinks it's Red's fault that Sardine lost it? Mystery then goes on to lie and tell Red that the beam sword isn't his and that he will have to return it back to the player "or brass will." (hint: The beam sword is actually his and he is trying to guilt/pressure red into paying an item that he does not owe) It's wild that this type of behavior is acceptable. It's also kinda comical how someone is "harassing you" when they actually just messaged you explaining concerns around your attempted scam.
I can't explain enough how deplorable this type of behavior is. This is more than SCAMMING.

You tried to pull the same bullshit with the finality Sardine lost too but luckily lightning confided with us and we told him what we believed to be your true intentions as you have now proven to us.
It's nice to see that "proper trashtalk" is behind the person's back and "harassment" is DMing someone respectfully, definitely not some way to dismiss credible opinions as "harassment".

That right there is the big true. Mystery didn't seem to have any real qualms in the first place about handing the fools world over after the initial 50/50 and it honestly just seems like a super low effort way to scam his way back to having it again? The whole temp beamsword for fools world is a TEMP trade lol, you can't brute force a trade by refusing to trade back a temp trade that's literally scamming? I refuse to believe that Sardine would just do the 50/50 with Mysteries fools world included without actually telling Mystery first. Judging from the dm's that seems to be what mystery is implying in which case we'd need sardine to provide evidence that Mystery actually agreed to the 50/50. If he fails to do so then I believe the responsibility rests on Sardine to provide a fools world to Red Lightning seeing as how that's the issue here. Nonetheless this whole "scamming attempt" is super shady and until I know the fuller story ima just stay on the sidelines.

Not sure why mystery is allowed to continue with this bullshit , he's been caught in multiple lies trying to set red up in an attempt to make it seem like red is somehow in the wrong.
Editing his discord messages and taking shit red as said out of context while also accusing red of "framing" information when red is only posting whole conversations.

this is why you let staff handle a situation instead of escalating it yourself and making the whole situation even more bullshit than it was to begin with. From what I see, Pringles/Sardine should have to pay you back for the Fools, and doing something stupid and slimey to steal the item back is just stupid. Especially since I specifically told you to talk to a staff member and let them handle the situation.
I don't have a set "whats gunna happen next" outcome because we're still discussing with other staff and just trying to figure out what the hell is even going on here.
I might even be wrong in a few things because of how much of a clusterfuck this is.
But we'll be sure to update soon TM on whats going on and whats gunna happen.
