so as an idea for a item i thought it would be cool to have a backpack like item that morphs into weapons so you can swap faster and not have to waste room carying 1 gun of ever type plus 1 gun of every prefix,
it would start off looking like a small crystal that stores weapons only based on which slot the seed is set for so a seed of mimicry (primary) would only hold primary guns. (secondary) or (crystal). opening and adding an appropriate weapon causes the seed to turn into it, taking on its stats and looks. it could hold x amount of weapons and can switch between any in its inventory. but it will not switch your guns mid round, rather it swaps the item for its slot and when you die or re-equip your inventory it will swap to your new weapon.

not trying to hate on your idea, its just this doesn't seem like it could be very practical and idk how it would be implimented
