Dracula tier-
You heal as much as the previous bullet hit you for over time.
While healing you take 50% more bullet damage. Also makes a sound
White death- Godlike sniper (prob a mossin) ?
1 shot in chamber
Headshot kills increase the reload time
Kills within X amount of seconds furthers that reload speed
every 2 headshot kills next body shot is insta kill

If you just sit back and have decent enough aim then the 1 shot in chamber wont work well as balance, heck it might actually help some less intellectually gifted individuals such as myself stop from spraying and praying with a scout when they are safe. (Just not a big fan of guaranteed 1 shot kill on a non credit based item.)
