Rune of Expansion for Backpacks - Niles - 05-13-2019
I wanna suggest a rune that ups the slot capacity for bags or badges if they were rolled with low slot stats. It would of course end with the cap and I think the containers should have to be empty to prevent bugs. Make it high tier, something like 1/10 chance for Hards, 1/8 Experts, 1/6 Pro drop chances.

The only item that this would affect on is Santa bags, since they're the only storage item that can have randomized rolls. I definitely think that recon runes should change the amount of slots (while they're empty like you suggested), but there's a reason that normal storage items only go up to 25 (and now donator's go up to 30).
However, brass said eventually, one goal is to make storage items go higher. I don't think that's priority, but basically soontm.

good idea because ive seen a santas bag with only six and that kinda ruins point of it because no space
