Just have a popup saying "You're a HEALER!" or something.
Maybe we could extend on this and give humans more little perks like that.
Right now, its a tiny text box popup and most people seem to miss it.

Yeah I agree, I big dumb when it comes to seeing things like that +1 (I once killed an inno because I thought I was a traitor but I was a det)
