As the discoverer of Scarlet, I am completely qualified to say this chap has a point. However, I would say that the clip size only be increased a little.

Gun doesn't need a buff at all. It's meant to be a gimmick gun. You get 2 shots, 1 deleting over half someone's hp assuming you landed a headshot the first time. Like the nighthawk, it's not meant to be a BiS weapon but more of a fun/challenging gun to use. You have an insanely fast reload speed to make up for the low ammo count anyways.
