have the proc do 40 damage
Increase the chance to proc it, like 1 in 25 or only proc when it hits a target.

It does 30 damage normally right now.
Thing is, it has a headshot multiplier on the actual proc maybe reduce the damage on that a bit, but that's all I feel it needs.
That does about 70-80 when you hit (uncommonly)
This is a pistol with a similar proc to the tartarus,
It does slightly less consistent damage for higher chance at more damage.
Also 1 in 25 for a pistol, That's fucking hilarious. That's way too high. 1 in 10 perfect is fine.
Tarts and Ascultone exist with 1 in 10 and are just fine as they are.
Edit:
Forgot to mention, There's an odd bug which may as well be a feature, ocassionally an orbital shot will go wild and strike near the user or in a random direction for no apparent reason.
I've been killed by it multiple times, It's pretty balanced when that thing smacks the user for 30-80 for no apparent reason.

it's not even that great of a gun. basically a tart but a pistol.
