You RDMed 2 people and then left. Came back because you saw no admins or moderators were on and it looked to me that you had pretty good karma, which makes me think you left before the round ended to prevent karma loss.

Mass RDM is 3 or more. RDMing 2 people and leaving should be a week ban not a perma. He put in enough effort to find our forums and make a ban appeal. If he just wanted to troll I don't think he would go through the trouble.
