Format for posting a community evaluation. - Brassx - 03-03-2019
A community evaluation is where staff will post to see how the community feels about their performance.
The outcome of this will either be to continue staffing, get feedback on how you can improve, or a demotion if we feel you're not up for the role.
DO NOTE, this isn't for posting anytime you feel like it. We have a set schedule for this! PM myself or unpoke if you need to know more about this.
