i bought 2 rune of greater enhancements off the market and applied it to one of my godlikes and it didnt apply to it even when i got the exp from a previous round

I had this happen a longggg time ago to my eso and last prayer, I used like 8 or so greater enhancements and they didn't work. Never got refunded tho feels bad. I think it's some bug with the greater enhancement exp trying to apply at the end of a TTT round, but the end round exp overriding it
