Remove weapon effects on Hunter Round - Razzation - 01-12-2019
Being iced as the hunter isn't fun, and honestly kind of ruins the minigame for everyone except the one or two people that can cash in on the hunter barely being able to move because of it.

Ice and stuff should definitely not affect the hunter.
