Phoenix/Flare Gun/Molten Ring not Counting Karma - Beebee1303 - 10-17-2018
So with testing the Phoenix, Flare gun, and Molten Ring do not count against karma.

Now thinking about it I should explain what I did and what happened afterwards.
Phoenix- I shot Frosto and Turquoise until I got them on fire. I only lost karma for shooting them and the Pheonix proc didn't shot up in logs.
Flare Gun- I shot Frost who was my Tmate in the ass with the Flare Gun and it didn't show up in the logs.
Molten Ring- I did over 200 damage to Frosto and someone else and I only lost karma for the ring's initial 10 damage but the lingering damage proc didn't show up in the logs.
All of the procs I did get hitmarkers.
