Hey uh can walk on water just be toggled and not have a cooldown?
Having it let you walk on water for 30 seconds and then getting a 1 minute cd kinda just baffles me
I don't know about anyone else but I just see it as unneeded
Small change yeah, but something that's just quality of life

I thought it like, boosted move speed or something. Does it not? If it just cubes you and makes your animation change, definitely, but if its an actual buff already I'd say no

pisces has the 1 in x chance to water gush and the alt + e ability to walk on water for 30 seconds with a 60 second cooldown
