[Change] Lobby event cooldown - Bathory (She/They) - 09-11-2018

So I understand the reasoning for limiting attempts due to loot. But that's where I think we could solve people having issues finding event teams.

Allow the party leader if no cooldown, to bring cooldown players in as temps, (maybe coin fee, they dont get drops if on cooldown.)


It would allow people to teach newer players more often than rejecting them for teams.

Sherpa- Gives you no loot but if you sherpa X amount of runs you get a badge that lowers your cooldowns by 1 hour

Just get some runes of refreshing they are there for a reason.
