If i may i would like to say that 2016 me and 2018 me has changed a lot and this time around i have no intention to troll and minge i only wish to look for a new community to play on.

eh, honestly, it was 2 years ago and he's cared enough to make a post requesting unban which is more than most do.
i'd say give a 2nd chance

if after two years he wants to play on the server I'd say let him, worst he can do is rdm and get banned again. With only 6 minutes of playtime its not like he could've even played more than a round or two.
