cause we don't have one
i would like for it to be a bit more rare then ultimate reconstruction because not a lot since not a lot of extinct are out there.
OR
You have to put 10 godlike cosmetic in the rune trader to make it.
OR
(if u ever add fishing it could be a rare drop from it ;D )
