50 hours is an arbitrary amount of time that is used so literal WHO's don't show up and try applying. It's used to make sure we know the person for at least a while before they can apply.
I'm sure a lot of us already know him though, or at least knew him at some point in time.
He has been in this circle of inventory server communities for a long time until he took a really long break.

Although his playtime is under 50 hours, I think he should become a member, he is also a beta tester.

I remember riptide pretty well, and I'd like to say i've only seen him in the morning and he hasnt changed from his fun self. I'm already really enjoying him on the server, and hope he stays around.
