when you have 2-3 people spamming sun ball and some people doing it every round.. wtf is this

It's being reworked to have a cooldown I believe (and some other stuff is being changed about it) (if you mean tobias' ball).
If you mean the one I made (solar flare), It's also going to be changed to only affect people you've damaged in the last x seconds. Meaning it will be less trolly.
(It might also be changed to shoot proc on shot rather than prompt)
