Map the event happened on: Lobby during brokeness
Date of event: 3/29/18
What Happened?: The lobby had broken, NPC's all despawned and you could reequip to get a weapon. He would wait at spawn and spawnkill anyone loading in with his bloodweep.
Refused to stop when asked.

Yeah I have to agree with Excel, this isn't worthy of a report even though you did ask him to stop. If the lobby was broken and that's the only thing you could do, then what else is there to do?
This is just silly so nothing is going to happen.
