Where it lands it summons a huge Triangle Style Orbital Cannon but it only does 50 damage,People Around the prism receive a sound disoriented vision effect And "Awkward Walking"
[What it does]
The Appearance of the "Triangle Shaped Obc" Should be Light blue and have a disappearing Prisms effect around it.When thrown should be "Sparkly" As to bring attention and should take a bit longer then the average obc as due to the circumstance's that it is a bigger area,Should only be usable once per round

Also i forgot to mention as it was literally 5 Am when i wrote this if it seems to op it could be that it dosen't roll when thrown
