Just like the title says, it shows that you are affected but it doesn't do anything.

Worked fine for me the first time i got proc'd on me, though it may have the same issue as eerie where the fog doesn't render for some people or on certain maps.

It's more of an off and on occasion that it actually works.

It is linked to the "don't render skyboxes" setting in the f1 menu. The snow and eerie effect must be a skybox.

It never happens with me and I have skybox off.
