Ruby Crates Bugged? - Man - 12-01-2017
Ban bought 100 crates using rubies that he had at tier 4, but didn't get the 20 crates he should have from the two sales. Are ruby sales excluded from crate tiers, or is that a bug?

Level 4 is the 1 in 25 chance to double your crates and perk 4 is the one for every 5 or 10 crates bought you get one free.

It works for me.
Make sure it's that perk, and it must all be in one single transaction.

Huh interesting. It could be only with that crate series. I'll check it out.
Ah yeah, an issue with how bone crates are setup for donators. Fixing now, I'll refund your missing crates once fixed.

Could also be an issue with perk two/level four, so roll a percentile die and if it hits 4% any four times he gets extra. :kappa:

No. It's just a naming issue with the Donator Bone Crates. The system did not recognize the crate bought because the donator name alias was set improperly.
It's fixed now though. I have PM'd Kuma some questions though. Once he responds I will refund the proper amount of crates.
