do you have screenshot of them leaving after the rdm round?
not that i can do anything but i think that would help the case.

Let alone do you have proof that he didn't have a reason to shoot? This is just damage logs.
I'm more towards believing that he did commit it, but I feel like it's almost pointless to even report minor things like this. Chances are, the guy isn't even going to join back ever again.

It could have been an accident, i.e he shoots the Innocent, and as he goes to ID it the Detective sprays him down, so he 180's and sprays the Detective, not realizing who is shooting him. GFKXJ, did you report him, and did he respond? Its good to screenshot the report made (If there was a reply), and the shot logs if you're not sure.
Not really worth a ban in my opinion, but someone *should* aslay his ID for the next time he comes on (Try and include an informative slay reason, "i.e You caused RDM, blah blah".
