looks a littttle bit op for a legendary. Id maybe recommend clip be reduced or something but looks good
actually maybe a good idea would be to reduce accuracy a lot so it can't really be used as a sniper only as like a decent mid range weapon. that would be a good downside.

The Sogeki-hei can only exist again if it's massive power creep on every other rifle to ever exist damn it!
No but really just add it with the fire rate and no possible traits. A lot of rifles can one shot you with a good enough suffix (or just double shot like the bone spirit) and higher firerate seems like a good trade off to not having that possibility.
