CCD Freeze bug - Shadow_man43 - 06-19-2017
I have noticed when people shoot their CCD at someone, it freezes both the shooter and the victim. I think this is very unfair because, What if your a T and you shoot a inno, they would obviously know who it is. Im sry I couldn't provide a picture of the bug.

its not a bug, theres a 1 in 5 chance that when you freeze someone, it freezes you as well.

However, the CCD desc still says it only freezes wounded enemies, but it'll freeze someone at 100 hp.
