I've banned him for as long as I could (a week). If an admin deems he should be banned longer, please do so.
He's been warned by just about everybody, and even in the screenshots, people've told him to stop.

Cheese has done nothing but prove himself wrong since he was unbanned. He lied to the community and has continued to cause problems and prove his immaturity on the server. Perma ban is instilled again.
