You can fix this by pressing the mute button of the leader board, you were shadow muted

I reported this to brass when the huge server perma gag happened. Basically what happened is it created a phantom mute for that person or persons. If you clicked the speaker symbol that is on the scoreboard it would show that they were unmuted; however, the mute stays there so you have to click 2 more times. Once to show the mute symbol, and once to Unmute. Until then this is the only way I know of how to fix it. The only ones that have to do this are the people that were on the server at the time of the gag

I am aware of the manual way to fix this zott -_- not something we should have to have all players do though to ungag someone everytime this happens
