Changes
- The Prop disguiser now has a 'recharge' rate on it's timer, rather than instantly resetting to 25 seconds upon re-disguise.
- Optimized cloaks, they should run much better now.
- Optimized player accessory render states more (on TTT only at the moment for testing).
- Something I forgot to mention previously(I believe), but you can disable weapon skins via the console command: br_disable_skins 1
- Added a new option to settings that sets how much XP you need to gain to show the post-round Player XP report.
- Fixed -1 rounds left bug where the mapvote doesn't trigger.
- Optimized player loading to help reduce stutter.
