Next time get some evidence of the racism too. With the evidence you provided, this looks like a week ban. If you had gathered a bit more it probably would have been the perma he deserves.
EDIT: Actually, with this evidence, it shouldn't be a ban at all. It looks like Nick shot him and he was trying to defend himself but had the wrong guy. That's just a part of TTT.
