Almost every bouncing mayhem only top 3 get loot, rarely ever do any of the other top 10 get gift packages

If it's 1/3 like orbitals then it doesn't need to be buffed IMO

It isn't.
Only the top 3 get them most of the time.
For everyone else, it's an extremely low chance.
