Banshee's1 Shriek bug - A2 - 01-07-2017
The banshee's shriek can only proc the shriek once per clip, making chances on it pointless.

It's not a bug it was intentionally put on the banshee's shriek and other weapons.
The cooldown between shrieks is 5 seconds

It's not once per clip, it's once per 5 seconds.
