Buff random giveaways - 2bias - 12-22-2016
They're really bad.
They're either
A) An item crate
B) 20-40 coins
or if you're REALLY lucky
C) A crescent crate
Can they drop more than 40 coins, and also drop some of the newer crates like tidals/levais/seraphs?

Make them always be a christmas present for the time being, but buff them in general afterwards
