Buff Rotting - Rotshout - 11-10-2016
The accuracy and stability stats force the user to stay close to their target in order to make their shots connect. The mobility reduction makes this difficult, due to the target usually being able to keep their distance.

Rotting StatsThe best guns for close range are AK-47's and H.U.G.E. 249's, and the reload speed reduction affects them the most. Clip isn't that important on H.U.G.E. 249's, though.
Rifles, deagles, SGs, and FAMAS' should probably be removed from the Rotting drop pool, since they're much less effective with the accuracy reduction.

i never really saw or used a rotting because they're shit so +1. Come to think of it Unlikelies are a lot better than rares.
