Woops didn't notice this thread, this seems to be from having someone without loadout shoot someone with the loadout.
It might only affect players who respawn after dying, we couldn't test it much.

Yeah, thats what happened to pepper.
He just bought his loadout, and then got killed by one of our teammates right after.
