What Happened?:
First RDM was by Mythx during my inno round I was proven innocent and I had a remote bomb (I called that I was innocent in both chat and mic) I wasn't holding out the T weapon but Mythx walked up and RDM'd me as an innocent with a huge without calling out or any evidence, no staff were on to pass judgement.
Second RDM was by mcjangomc, the next round had just started and we were both chosen as T's, I stood in a room in my traitor menu and closed it and mcjango my T buddy stared at me before RDM'ing me directly at the start of the round to which he then took my weapons and carried on with the round.

The two players have each other as friends and when the map changed they both left so they obviously didn't join to play decently but joined with the intent of RDM. Possible metagame too.

The first RDM could just be a part of TTT. Misunderstandings and confusion DO happen so if you had a remote mine and he saw it he could have killed you for that. As for the second RDM killing a T bud blatantly like that is an instant perma. Closed.
