New Suffix/Trait - SP1D3RP1G - 07-08-2016
I have been thinking for a while about a suffix that slowed enemy movement speed. It might just be the spider in me talking but I think its name should be "of Webbing"
The stats could be:
1 in (normal suffix chances) chance to web your target, slowing their movement speed by X (30%-50%) for X (5-7) seconds.

tbh I think that would do better as a trait for a Godlike/ Special weapon, not something open through random drops, It would cause lots of annoyance and it would probally cause lots of problems for others, For a Godlike sure, for anything other then a godlike, no

The ice trait makes you slip and slide, this slows you.
I also forgot to say that for the animation of "webbing" someone, we can use the corrosion one but just turn it light gray or white.

I'll be honest, a slowing suffix has probably been suggested at least 4-5 times here.
