Tracker
this would use the same gun as the tester.
the way it work is you would need to be next to the person you would want to track, and it would have a chance to place a tracker on them. this would tell them they have a tracker on them but would give the det/ who ever has the tracker tool a better blip on the tool that scans a lot faster then the normal radar.
the tracker would not be able to be removed and i think you should only be able to buy no more then two

Oh, look, this generic suggestion.
This has been suggested at least 3 times on FRG.
Anyways, i just dont like the idea of the det knowing exactly where i am at all times. Not to mention its basically useless since you cant KOS off of location
