In this weapon pack theres a flintlock, it should be a single shot then reload dealing 45 damage and negating all mobility increases for 5 seconds.

Better yet, mix the musket and flintlock. Make it a rifle that shoots a 100% accurate slug across the map, and on contact it splits into a bunch of shards that when walked on cause bleed. And add a bayonet for melee purpose.
