What Happened?: This guy Evan joins had a terrible microphone, so I gagged him and he was slain from 5 months ago for some reason. I remember his name from a previous report, and he's generally a troublemaker. I had gotten off and called back within 10 minutes saying he was rdming and as soon as I got and spoke he left. He had racism in his reports, and mass rdmed and left.
I banned him but he needs a permanent ban.
Witnesses:Seto Kaiba (called me there), Link the beast, Gustav, Fancy, Nield, and Abu.

Can confirm. Was giving slays for the first two rdms when i needed some ban backup for the racism and whatnot.
