When I put the fourth upgrade into the famas, i put it into stability. It went from -5 to 0, but there is no noticeable difference in the stability when I shoot, also even though it says 0, it still shows the red bar from when it was -5, not sure if this is a bug, or if I have to upgrade the stability again to make it positive for it to have any effect

a 5% chance is almost nothing. Lets put it this way, if you had a jug of water, turned your head and someone stole 5% of it, I bet you wouldn't even notice.

5% Stability on a famas is nothing.

You more than likely won't see a difference until almost 15%

Needs to be > 0 for the bar to be green. And yeah, it's simple mathematics. The difference is there, but you likely just wont notice it at such small percentages.
