+1, Excel has definitely improved. He's always fun to play with (except when he uses his shotgun) and deserves to get member back.

The scummiest thing he has done in the last month was that 1 health sniping montage
He has got some ways to go to please everyone, but to me he's undoubtedly one of the best people for member.
