I think Brass is wanting to wait for there to be more skins before he adds them. If he adds just 5-10 skins everyone will have them all super quickly.

What I did on NTG was give them a copy of their skin.
I would rather do Badges here.
Anyways, there's a few reasons why I haven't accepted any yet, but the main reason is I haven't quite figured out HOW I want the skin system to work.
