Help modding Fallout 4/Skyrim - Morsas - 01-18-2016
Ok so I need help with modding, I want to mod the games but I'm stupid lol. Ok so I downloaded Nexus Mod Manager but now every time I try to open it I get this error.
and even before that, I would download mods with the Manager and they wouldn't work, also can someone link me to the actual free link for WinRar? Thanks. 
Also I need help with like setting it up and stuff.

everytime you open the exe it gives you that? Well I never use their mod manager anyways. Try using Mod Organizer.
